Made with bourbon whiskey, served in a mug.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozBourbon
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozSea buckthorn juice
5 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozStill water
20 gApple
5 ml / 1/4 ozHoney
8 gDried apricot
10 gPrune
1Tartlet

Method

  1. Pour water, lime juice, sea buckthorn juice, and bourbon into a pitcher.
  2. Gently heat while stirring, without bringing to a boil.
  3. Pour into a preheated mug.
  4. Serve with apple slice, apricot, prune, and honey in a tartlet.
