Chaplin

Made with bourbon whiskey, sherry and Ramazzotti, served in a cocktail glass.

20 ml / 0.75 ozDry sherry
20 ml / 0.75 ozRamazzotti
5 ml / 0.13 ozTriple sec, Cointreau
1 dashOrange bitters, Angostura orange
1Lemon peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Combine the bourbon, dry sherry, Ramazzotti, triple sec, and orange bitters in a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice and stir for about 20 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon peel.
