Made with bourbon whiskey, rum and liqueur, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozBourbon
30 ml / 1 ozDemerara rum, Hamilton Demerara 151
15 ml / 0.5 ozCynar
15 ml / 0.5 ozCoffee liqueur, Coffee Heering
5 ml / 0.25 ozCreme de Cacao
1Orange peel, express oil

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass.
  3. Express orange peel and discard.
