Method
- Add one ice cube to a rocks glass.
- Pour into a mixing glass: 3 ml tonka bean syrup, 25 ml Cynar, 5 ml amaro, and 25 ml bourbon.
- Add 1 dash cherry bitters, 7 ml white rum, and 25 ml cognac.
- Fill mixing glass with ice cubes and stir gently.
- Strain into rocks glass.
- Garnish with homemade citrus oil.
