20 ml / 3/4 ozCognac
20 ml / 3/4 ozDry Orange liqueur
2 mlOrange bitters
20 gApple
20 gMandarin
5 ml / 1/4 ozHoney
120 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour honey, dry orange liqueur and Cognac into a rocks glass.
  2. Add orange bitters.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with mandarin slices and an apple fan on a cocktail skewer.
