Made with Campari and cognac.

30 ml / 1 ozCampari
30 ml / 1 ozCognac
0.25Grade B maple syrup
2 sprigsMint (one muddled), one as garnish)

Method

  1. Muddle one mint sprig.
  2. Add Campari, Cognac, and maple syrup.
  3. Shake well with ice.
  4. Strain over crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with the second mint sprig.
