Red Head

Made with rye whiskey, cognac and vermouth, served in a coupe.

20 ml / 0.67 ozrye whiskey, James E. Pepper
20 ml / 0.67 ozCognac
15 ml / 0.5 ozSweet vermouth, Mancino Rosso Amaranto
10 ml / 0.33 ozCampari
10 ml / 0.33 ozMaraschino Liqueur, Luxardo
10 ml / 0.33 ozAvena
1Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
1Lemon peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients except lemon peel in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with lemon peel.
