Made with Cynar, rye whiskey and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozCynar
20 ml / 0.75 ozrye whiskey, Rittenhouse 100
5 ml / 0.25 ozCherry Liqueur, Cherry Heering
5 ml / 0.25 ozLemon juice
1 dashBitters, Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla
5 ml / 0.25 ozAbsinthe, as rinse

Method

  1. Rinse cocktail glass with absinthe and discard excess.
  2. Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into glass.
