Made with Islay single malts, vermouth and Cynar, served in a champagne coupe.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozIslay single malt whisky
22.5 ml / 3/4 ozWhite vermouth
22.5 ml / 3/4 ozCynar
1Grapefruit zest
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour 22.5 ml white vermouth, 22.5 ml Cynar, and 45 ml Islay single malt whisky into a mixing glass.
  2. Fill with ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon.
  3. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe.
  4. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
