Tender Addict

Made with gin, liqueur and Islay single malts, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozLondon dry gin
15 ml / 1/2 ozIslay single malt whisky
20 ml / 3/4 ozElderflower liqueur
3 mlOrange bitters
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
3 gCoffee beans
15 ml / 1/2 ozQuail egg white
20 ml / 3/4 ozLavender honey
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Combine citrus juices, egg white, and lavender honey in a shaker.
  2. Add gin, whisky, elderflower liqueur, and orange bitters, then dry shake.
  3. Add ice cubes, shake again, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with coffee beans.
