30 ml / 1 ozGin, Plymouth
30 ml / 1 ozGenever, Bols
20 ml / 0.75 ozAmaro Meletti
15 ml / 0.5 ozAmontillado sherry
2 dashesPeach bitters
1Grapefruit peel, expressed and discarded

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass.
