Analogue's Gin and Juice

Made with gin, Maraschino and bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozGin
15 ml / 0.5 ozMaraschino Liqueur
30 ml / 1 ozGrapefruit juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
2 dashesLavender bitters
1 dashGrapefruit bitters
1Lemon peel, garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a glass.
  3. Garnish with lemon peel.
