Celine Fizz

Made with gin and liqueur, served in a highball glass.

60 ml / 2 ozGin, Plymouth
20 ml / 0.75 ozElderflower liqueur, St. Germain
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozsimple syrup
30 ml / 1 ozEgg white
60 ml / 2 ozClub soda, to top

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients except club soda.
  2. Shake again with ice.
  3. Fine strain into a glass.
  4. Top with club soda.
