Made with gin and aromatised wine.

45 ml / 1.5 ozGin, earl grey infused
30 ml / 1 ozAromatised wine, Lillet Blanc
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
30 ml / 1 ozGinger ale, to top

Method

  1. Combine gin, Lillet Blanc, and lemon juice with ice. Shake.
  2. Add some ginger ale and stir. Double strain into glass.
  3. Top with remaining ginger ale. Garnish with lemon.
