Ingredients: 2 oz (60 ml) Gin Plymouth; 0.5 oz (15 ml) Lime juice; 0.75 oz (20 ml) simple syrup; 0.25 oz (5 ml) Absinthe Pernod; 1 sprig Mint muddled

Made with gin and absinthe, served in a cocktail glass.

Ingredients for one drink
	60 ml / 2 oz	Gin, Plymouth
	15 ml / 0.5 oz	Lime juice
	20 ml / 0.75 oz	simple syrup
	5 ml / 0.25 oz	Absinthe, Pernod
	1 sprig	Mint, muddled

Method

Muddle mint with simple syrup in shaker.
Add gin, lime juice, and absinthe.
Shake well with ice.
Double strain into chilled cocktail glass.
