Green Deacon

Made with gin, sloe gin and absinthe, served in a coupe.

45 ml / 1.5 ozGin, Plymouth
30 ml / 1 ozGrapefruit juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozSloe gin, Plymouth
1 rinseAbsinthe, St. George

Method

  1. Rinse coupe with absinthe and discard excess.
  2. Shake gin, grapefruit juice, and sloe gin with ice.
  3. Strain into the absinthe-rinsed coupe.
