Honey-lavender Gimlet

Made with gin, served in a coupe.

60 ml / 2 ozGin, Finger Lakes Distilling (Seneca Drums Gin)
30 ml / 1 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozLavender syrup
5 ml / 0.25 ozHoney syrup

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with cracked ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
