Lankershim Fizz

Made with gin and sherry, served in a collins glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozGin
15 ml / 0.5 ozpedro ximenez sherry
15 ml / 0.5 ozsimple syrup
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
1Egg white
60 ml / 2 ozSoda water
1Lemon peel, as garnish; optional

Method

  1. Dry shake ingredients without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with lemon peel.
