Ms. Fizz

Made with gin and Sambuca, served in a highball glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozGin, Beefeater
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozcinnamon syrup
1 barspoonSambuca, Averna Sambuca Agrumi
30 ml / 1 ozSoda water

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except soda water with ice.
  2. Strain into a highball glass.
  3. Top with soda water.
