Pegu Club (Doug Winship)

Made with gin, triple sec and bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

90 ml / 3 ozGin, Bombay Sapphire
30 ml / 1 ozTriple sec, Cointreau
30 ml / 1 ozLime juice
2 dashesBitters, Angostura
1Egg white
1Lime, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a scored lime slice.
