Raffles Singapore Sling

Made with gin, liqueur and triple sec, served in a collins glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozGin
15 ml / 0.5 ozCherry Liqueur, Cherry Heering
5 ml / 0.25 ozTriple sec, Cointreau
5 ml / 0.25 ozBenedictine
120 ml / 4 ozPineapple juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
2Grenadine
1 dashBitters, Angostura
1Maraschino cherry, as garnish
1 wedgePineapple, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake vigorously with ice to build foam.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
  3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge.
