Made with gin, liqueur and Aperol, served in a collins glass.

15 ml / 0.5 ozCherry Liqueur, Cherry Heering
15 ml / 0.5 ozPassion fruit syrup, Monin
5 ml / 0.25 ozAperol
5 ml / 0.25 ozCynar
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
60 ml / 2 ozPineapple juice
2 dashesBitters, Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla

3Cherry, Luxardo

Method

  1. Shake the gin, cherry liqueur, passion fruit syrup, Aperol, Cynar, lime juice, pineapple juice, and bitters with ice.
  2. Strain the mixture into a collins glass filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a Luxardo cherry.
