Violet Fizz

Made with gin and liqueur, served in a collins glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozGin
30 ml / 1 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozCrème de violette
0.5Sugar
90 ml / 3 ozSoda water, to top

Method

  1. Shake gin, lemon juice, crème de violette, and sugar with ice.
  2. Strain the mixture over ice into a Collins glass.
  3. Top with soda water.
