Made with gin, absinthe and Islay single malts.

75 ml / 2.5 ozGin, Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength
5 ml / 0.25 ozAbsinthe, Pernod
5 ml / 0.25 ozIslay Scotch, Laphroaig
5 ml / 0.25 ozsimple syrup, 2:1
5 ml / 0.25 ozBitters, Dutch's Colonial

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
  2. Stir well with ice.
  3. Strain into an oversized goblet.
