Dry Martini

Made with gin and vermouth, served in a cocktail glass. An official cocktail of the International Bartenders Association (Unforgettables).

75 ml / 2 1/2 ozLondon dry gin
15 ml / 1/2 ozDry vermouth
3 gOlives
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour gin and dry vermouth into a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Stir well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with an olive.
