About the Bluebird

The Bluebird is a stirred sour cocktail with gin as its base. Its ingredients create a balanced, slightly sweet profile with citrus notes and a distinctive blue color.

History

The Bluebird originated from recipes in the Savoy Cocktail Book and Café Royal Cocktail Book. Bill Tarling later reimagined the gin-based version, adjusting ingredients to achieve its signature blue color.
