Made with gin, served in a collins glass.

60 ml / 2 ozGin
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozsimple syrup
60 ml / 2 ozTea, chilled
1Lemon peel, as garnish)

Method

  1. Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  3. Layer chilled black tea on top.
  4. Garnish with a lemon peel.
  5. Serve with a straw for mixing.
