Gin and Bitter Lemon

Made with gin, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
150 ml / 5 ozLemon bitter
60 gGrapefruit
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Pour in 50 ml of London dry gin.
  3. Fill with bitter lemon and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
