Aegean Negroni

Made with gin, vermouth and aromatised wine, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozLondon dry gin
30 ml / 1 ozWhite vermouth
30 ml / 1 ozItalico
1Lime leaves
300 gIce cubes
2Ice sphere

Method

  1. Place two ice spheres in a rocks glass.
  2. In a mixing glass, add 30 ml Italico and 30 ml white vermouth.
  3. Add 30 ml London dry gin.
  4. Fill with ice cubes and stir gently.
  5. Strain into the rocks glass.
  6. Garnish with a lime leaf.
