Frankenstein

Made with gin, limoncello and liqueur, served in a sling glass.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozLondon dry gin
15 ml / 1/2 ozLimoncello
15 ml / 1/2 ozLychee liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
20 gLime
60 gCucumber
1 gMint
200 gIce cubes
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Fill sling glass halfway with crushed ice and add 5 mint leaves.
  2. Add ice to fill the glass.
  3. Muddle cucumber quarter in shaker.
  4. Add lime juice, sugar syrup, lychee liqueur, limoncello and gin to shaker.
  5. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  6. Strain through strainer and sieve into sling glass.
  7. Garnish with lime slice and cucumber strip.
