Earl Grey Gimlet

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozHomemade Earl Grey gin
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour 15 ml lime juice, 10 ml sugar syrup, and 45 ml Earl Grey gin into a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
