Inception

Made with gin, vermouth and sherry, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozLondon dry gin
30 ml / 1 ozDry vermouth
30 ml / 1 ozPedro Ximenez sherry
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour 30 ml dry vermouth and 30 ml Pedro Ximenez sherry into a mixing glass.
  2. Add 30 ml London dry gin.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and stir.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

About the Inception
