Braveheart

Made with gin, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
20 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
240 gGrapefruit
1 gGround cinnamon
5 gCinnamon sticks
120 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle 3 grapefruit slices in a rocks glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add 15 ml lemon juice, 20 ml sugar syrup, and 50 ml gin.
  4. Stir with a cocktail spoon after adding a pinch of ground cinnamon.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and grapefruit slice.
