Negroni Presidente

Made with gin, vermouth and bitter, served in a rocks glass.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozHomemade hibiscus and spice gin
45 ml / 1 1/2 ozRed vermouth
7.5 ml / 1/4 ozMaraschino liqueur
45 ml / 1 1/2 ozRed bitter
1Lemon zest
5 gMaraschino cherry
1Ice cube

Method

  1. Add one ice cube to a rocks glass.
  2. Pour in 7.5 ml maraschino liqueur and 45 ml red vermouth.
  3. Add 45 ml red bitter and 45 ml hibiscus and spice gin, then stir gently.
  4. Garnish with lemon zest and a maraschino cherry on a skewer.
