Ben Fiddich Wormwood Gimlet

Made with gin, served in a wine glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
3 gMint
5 gRosemary
10 gWormwood
5 gSage
10 ml / 1/4 ozHoney
200 gIce cubes
1Ice cube
1Fine strainer

Method

  1. Place an ice cube in a wine glass.
  2. Muddle 10g wormwood and 5g sage in a shaker.
  3. Add 10ml lime juice, 10ml honey, and 50ml gin to the shaker.
  4. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
  5. Strain through a fine strainer into the wine glass.
  6. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and mint.
