Gimlet Alla Modenese

Made with gin, served in a champagne coupe.

60 ml / 2 ozLondon dry gin
15 ml / 1/2 ozHomemade Modena cordial
1 gParmesan
300 gIce cubes
1Ice cube

Method

  1. Place one ice cube in a champagne coupe.
  2. Combine 15 ml Modena cordial and 60 ml London dry gin in a mixing glass.
  3. Fill with ice cubes and stir gently.
  4. Strain into the champagne coupe.
  5. Garnish with a piece of Parmesan.
