Negroni and Flower

Made with liqueur, gin and bitter, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozLondon dry gin
20 ml / 3/4 ozRhubarb liqueur
20 ml / 3/4 ozChamomile liqueur
20 ml / 3/4 ozRed bitter
1Chamomile flowers
1Lemon zest
420 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Add 30ml gin, 20ml rhubarb liqueur, 20ml chamomile liqueur, and 20ml red bitter.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with chamomile flowers and lemon zest.
