Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Muddle ginger root and pineapple with sugar in a shaker.
  3. Add rum, maraschino liqueur, apple liqueur, and lime juice to the shaker.
  4. Fill shaker with ice, shake well, and strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
