Sweet Liberty Pina Colada

Made with rum and sherry, served in a hurricane glass.

20 ml / 3/4 ozAged rum
20 ml / 3/4 ozSpiced rum
20 ml / 3/4 ozCoconut rum
10 ml / 1/4 ozPedro Ximenez sherry
30 ml / 1 ozPineapple juice
120 gPineapple
1 gMint
90 gCoconut cream
5 gMaraschino cherry
60 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Blend pineapple and coconut cream with pineapple juice and coconut rum.
  2. Add aged rum, spiced rum, and crushed ice, then blend.
  3. Pour into a hurricane glass.
  4. Add Pedro Ximenez sherry and garnish with maraschino cherry, mint, and umbrella.
