Atlas Cocktail

Made with Calvados, rum and triple sec, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozCalvados, or apple brandy
30 ml / 1 ozDemerara rum
15 ml / 0.5 ozTriple sec, Cointreau
1 dashBitters, Angostura

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Serve straight up.
