Made with Calvados, rum and Jägermeister, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozCalvados, Christian Drouin
30 ml / 1 ozBarbados rum, Plantation 5 Year
1Jägermeister
15 ml / 0.5 ozlemon cordial, orange- and grapefruit peel-infused; see note
0.5T allspice dram, St. Elizabeth
1 pinchNutmeg, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a glass.
  3. Garnish with a pinch of nutmeg.
