Witch's Apple

Made with Calvados, liqueur and bitters.

45 ml / 1.5 ozCalvados
15 ml / 0.5 ozHerbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozPassion fruit juice, Foco
15 ml / 0.5 ozHop syrup
1Strega
1Melon liqueur, Midori
1 dashGrapefruit bitters, Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit
1Green apple, as garnish)

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Pour into a glass without straining.
  3. Garnish with a green apple.
  4. Serve with a straw.
