Made with Calvados, jenever and amaro.

35 ml / 1.25 ozCalvados
30 ml / 1 ozGenever, Old Simon
15 ml / 0.5 ozsanta maria al monte
5 ml / 0.25 ozDemerara syrup
2 dashesBitters, Angostura
1 pinchNutmeg, as garnish

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a glass with one large ice cube.
  3. Garnish with a pinch of nutmeg.
