Fake Melon

Made with Calvados and Japanese whisky, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozCalvados
15 ml / 1/2 ozJapanese whisky
15 ml / 1/2 ozPistachio syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLemon juice
40 gPeach purée
5 gMelon
1Lemon zest
200 gIce cubes
1Ice cube

Method

  1. Add ice cube to rocks glass.
  2. Combine peach purée and lemon juice in shaker.
  3. Add pistachio syrup and Japanese whisky to shaker.
  4. Add Calvados to shaker.
  5. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
  6. Strain into rocks glass and garnish with melon peel and lemon zest.
