Tantris Sidecar

Made with cognac, Calvados and triple sec, served in a cocktail glass.

35 ml / 1.25 ozCognac, Courvoisier (VS)
15 ml / 0.5 ozCalvados
15 ml / 0.5 ozTriple sec, Cointreau
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozsimple syrup
5 ml / 0.25 ozPineapple juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozHerbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
1Lemon peel, expressed

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Rim the glass with sugar.
  4. Express lemon peel over the drink and use as garnish.
