Made with cognac, Fernet-Branca and vermouth, served in a cocktail glass.

	35 ml / 1.25 oz	Cognac, Hennessy (VSOP)
	5 ml / 0.25 oz	Fernet-Branca
	5 ml / 0.25 oz	bianco vermouth, Dolin
	15 ml / 0.5 oz	Demerara syrup
	5 ml / 0.25 oz	blackstrap molasses
	5 ml / 0.13 oz	Lemon juice
	5 ml / 0.13 oz	Lime juice

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker.
Shake well with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
