Hastings

Made with Scotch whisky, Calvados and vermouth, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozScotch
30 ml / 1 ozCalvados
30 ml / 1 ozSweet vermouth
1Drambuie
1Orange peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir well and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
