Orkney Chapel

Made with Scotch whisky, vermouth and sherry, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozScotch, Highland Park 12
15 ml / 0.5 ozDry vermouth, Dolin
5 ml / 0.25 ozSherry, Lustau Dry Amontillado
5 ml / 0.25 ozOrange liqueur, Grand Marnier
5 ml / 0.25 ozCane syrup, 2:1 sugar:water
1Orange peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients over ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
