Made with Scotch whisky, liqueur and vermouth, served in a coupe.

30 ml / 1 ozScotch, Springbank 10
15 ml / 0.5 ozCherry Liqueur, Cherry Heering
15 ml / 0.5 ozSweet vermouth (half punt e mes, half Dolin Rouge)
20 ml / 0.75 ozOrange juice
0.5Lemon juice
1Brandied cherry, Garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
