Isle of Islay Swizzle

Made with Scotch whisky, liqueur and Islay single malts, served in a collins glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozBlended Scotch
15 ml / 0.5 ozCoconut liqueur
5 ml / 0.25 ozIslay Scotch
1Falernum, Velvet Falernum
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozPassion fruit juice, or nectar

Method

  1. Build ingredients in a Collins glass over crushed ice.
  2. Swizzle the drink to mix and chill.
  3. Garnish with pineapple sage sprig and grilled pineapple wedge.
